Feel the Thrill on a Speedway Tour!

The Feel the Thrill Tour at Charlotte Motor Speedway has been enhanced to provide you with an opportunity to see areas of the legendary superspeedway that are not accessible to fans on race days and learn the storied history of "The Greatest Place to See the Race".

This exciting tour lasts nearly an hour and allows fans to experience the extreme 24-degree banking in the turns when the tour van takes a lap around the 1.5-mile track. You will also get to see the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and NASCAR Nationwide Series garages located in the infield, travel the two infield road courses, ride down pit road and stop for a picture in Victory Circle. This is a great chance to network with other industry professionals.

The tour begins at 3:30 pm Saturday, January 21. Tickets are $10/adult and should be paid in advance with your registration.

We will meet as a group and carpool to the Tour vendor at 3:00 on Saturday • Main Floor Lobby

Mary TribbleSpeaker: Mary Tribble, Chief of Event Planning, 2012 DNC Host Committee

When Mary Tribble opened her business at the age of 24, she had plenty of enthusiasm but very little know-how.  In order to run the company, she had to grow her skills—and fast!  Over the years, her business succeeded, but sometimes at the cost of personal balance.  After a life-changing silent walk across the Sahara desert over 10 years ago, she began a personal transformation that has carried over into her professional life. Growth and change is what’s driven Mary in business and life, from working out of her home in 1985 to being responsible for the events at the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte.  Mary will share with us how constant growth—while not always pain-free, can lead to successful ventures in life and career.
