Donations are needed for the Silent Auction at the 2012 Carolina ShowFest Conference!

The Carolina Showfest Conference and Trade Show silent auction programs have been developed to raise funds for each Association's member services such as scholarships and educational programs. Please consider a donatio item to be auctioned toward this worthy cause.

GET CREATIVE! Items can come in all sizes and varieties. This is an excellent opportunity to advertise your festival and/or special event, hometown area, or your business.... be creative...that's our business! Past items may give you some ideas: arts & crafts, ride in your parade, hot-air balloon ride, fireworks show, consulting time, wine, gift baskets, weekend getaway, concert tickets, VIP event passes, etc.

North Carolina Silent Auction Donations

Support the NC Association of Festival and Events by donating a special item representing your company, festival or community. We ask that the items have a minimum value of $40.00. South Carolina Silent Auction Donations

All funds generated by the South Carolina AUCTION support the NEW SC Student Scholarship! Donate a special item representing your company, festival or community to help us support hospitality & tourism students!

To be listed in the conference program as a donor we must have the faxed information by January 6th. Please fax to (843) 552-6542
