The entertainer's Showcase is an opportunity to show your stuff to event planners from across North and South Carolina during our annual ShowFest conference. Band performances will be scheduled during the annual dinner & artist showcase set for Sunday evening, January 22, 2011. Novelty acts may be asked to perform in the Showcase, during lunch, at breaks, or other times during the conference. Showfest will provide sound and light production. Artist will provide all other stage equipment.
The Showcase will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Charlotte University Place Hilton in Charlotte, NC.
The showcase committee has built into the schedule several showcasing opportunities for roving and novelty acts as well as smaller acts (singles and duos). We hope that you will keep this in mind as you send in your submissions. We are also always interested in possible MC's for the showcase, if you have an artist that you would like to submit in that capacity.
The deadline for submissions was Friday, November 4th, 2011 and the Showcase performers have been selected. You will be notified no later than December 5, 2011.

Showcase Policy

Artist must be a member of NCAF&E or SCFEA or represented by a member agency. The showcase fee is non-refundable and is due no later than January 13, 2012. The Showcase fee for Small Bands (2-3 members) is $25 and the Showcase fee for Large Bands (4 or more) is $50. The fee for Novelty acts is $25. All performers selected MUST have an exhibit booth at the conference. The booth must be purchased by the artist or by the member agency that submits the artist.
