Awards Gallery
A valuable part of the conference each year is seeing all the award submissions. These examples of excellence spark ideas that motivate us and give us a chance to explore possibilities for our own events. The Awards Committee is seeking your help in having the display area open for as much of the conference as possible. Please volunteer to be an Awards Gallery Host during the conference. Award Hosts will monitor the gallery throughout the conference and assist with set up and break down of award displays. Note: Awards Gallery will be open only if volunteers are available. No volunteers = closed Awards Gallery.
Gallery Opening Slots
Students attending the conference are encouraged to volunteer for at least one shift.
Volunteers are needed in 2 hour shifts for the following slots:
Sunday, 10:00 am – 12 noon – Gallery open
Sunday, 12 noon - 2:00 pm– Gallery open
Sunday, 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm – Gallery open
Sunday, 4:30 – 6:30 pm– Gallery open
Sunday, 6:30 – 8:30 pm – Gallery open
Monday, 9:00 am – 11:00 am – Gallery open
Monday, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm – Awards Luncheon set up
Monday, 2:00 – 3:00 pm – Award Pick up
